About Tom Adkins 
Tom Adkins is the founder and principal of Open Organize.
Before starting Open Organize in 2007, Adkins worked in Democratic Party politics and for progressive non-profits. A native of Boston, MA, he is a graduate of Portland State University (Oregon).
Adkins is the rare technologist who has a depth of experience working for – and managing – campaigns and non-profits. Tom’s first passion is organizing for social change, and he demands that his products respect and empower the activists who use them.
